You’re looking at a Vintage P & A Chrome Plated Brass Oil Lantern With Wall Mount. The P & A Manufacturing Company was incorporated in January, 1880 in Waterbury, Connecticut.

The lantern has no glass and comes with a wall mount. Opening the top lid reveals the wick mechanism, and on the side, you’ll find an adjustable knob to control the wick’s height.
