As I continue to decorate my sailboat and ocean themed family room, I needed some unique items for emphasis. I came across the name, Big Ship Salvage, in a decorating magazine and went directly to their website.
The items listed were vast and varied giving me several ideas. From nautical lights, flags, life vests and other antiques, I felt like I found a treasure chest. The website is clean, inviting and held my interest for an hour as I looked at so many items before coming to a decision. The items I ordered; the Fairless Jim-Buoy Life Preserver and an authentic nautical flag, after delivery, looked just as they did on the website.
This family-owned business is expansive and very friendly. When I called to place an order, Liz, a team member, was so kind and helpful. She provided whatever information I needed and never made me feel as though I was “bothering” her. In fact, her wonderful customer service caused me to order more items.
