Check out this Westinghouse Port and Starboard Tachometer Set by Westinghouse and the Electric Tachometer Corporation. Manufactured in Philadelphia, this set of tachometers was used for a dual engine vessel on the Great Lakes.
Based on other models found online, this set of RPM meters was manufactured sometime between 1930 and 1960. The previous owner of these items had them mounted on wood for display – a great showmanship of the American nautical manufacturing history.
This Westinghouse Port and Starboard Tachometer Set is being sold on consignment for a private collector from Cleveland. Every item has been well-preserved due to the owner’s deep love of nautical history. You’ll find some very interesting pieces in this collection – items that might not be found anywhere on the Internet!
