NOR Electronic Compass with Pelorus

This is a NOR Electronic Compass with Pelorus, an electronic compass with a pelorus mounted on it. The pelorus is used to determine the bearing of objects to allow observations of relative bearings from the vessel to navigational aids, such as lighthouses, buoys or land structures, or other vessels. The electric compass with pelorus used to be powered and would give true directions when hooked up to a GPS or a gyro. You normally don’t find compasses with a pelorus fixed to them.
