This is a rare Antique Brass Engine Order Telegraph – sometimes called Mushroom Top Telegraphs. This style of EOT is often manufactured by the Japanese – although it had English inscriptions for the instructions and there are no visible markings of manufacturer. This telegraph was used for communication between the bridge or pilothouse and the engine control room. Perfect for the collector or as a unique conversation piece.
