This Nautical Red And Blue Fresnel Glass Post Light was placed on a decorative piece of wood. The red indicates a vessel’s port side and the blue is the vessel’s starboard side. Sometimes, they would use blue glass because when they used the oil (which was yellow in color) when it was burning it turned the blue into green.
When you look at the photos you will see that there is a chip in the red fresnel lens and that there is a pipe that is connected to the light.
