Trinidad and Tobago Ship Flag – 51″ x 35″

This Trinidad and Tobago ship flag measures 51″ x 35″ and came from a vessel that went through the scrapping process. The crew removed it during dismantling, and we acquired it afterward. We left the flag in its original condition, and we have not washed it.

Trinidad and Tobago adopted this flag in 1962 after gaining independence from the United Kingdom. The design uses a red field with a diagonal black stripe and white borders. The red represents the sun, courage, and fire. In addition, the black stands for the earth, while the white represents equality.

The flag shows good overall condition with light signs of use.

Because of its history and design, this flag works well as a wall display. You can hang it in a nautical space, office, or collection. It also pairs well with other maritime items.
