This is a Vintage 36″ Ship’s Wheel made by Brown Bros. & Co., formerly located at the Rosebank Ironworks in Edinburgh.

This 8-spoke wheel is made from solid brass, with wooden handles on each spoke showing some minor cracks.

The wheel bears the inscription “Brown Bros. & Co. LTD, Rosebank Brownworks Edinburgh” on the barrel, while the opposite side features the distinctive number 5360.

While it exhibits some signs of wear, it in no way diminishes the wheel’s overall aesthetic appeal or the exceptional craftsmanship it embodies.
