Description

This Soviet military cockpit clock offers a rugged example of Cold War-era equipment. Soviet engineers developed the 127-4C model specifically for military aircraft, building it to meet strict standards for accuracy and durability in both aviation and marine use.

The large dial is easy to read, and the luminescent numerals help in low-light conditions. A spring-wound mechanical movement powers the clock, designed for reliable performance in demanding environments. Its heavy metal case reflects its intended use in high-stress situations where strength and precision are critical.

Although originally made for aircraft, the clock also saw use on ships due to its dependable timekeeping. Today, it’s housed in a custom wooden mantle with a small drawer, adding a functional display option.

This clock is currently running, but we have not tested it for full functionality. It may need adjustment or service for precise timekeeping.

Because of its military background and solid build, this clock makes a strong addition to any collection of aviation or naval artifacts.
