Vintage Aluminum Ceiling Light with Hexagon Bar Design

This vintage aluminum ceiling light features a hexagon-shaped frame and a ribbed glass lens. It was salvaged from a working vessel and is in good overall condition, showing only minor surface wear from use. The aluminum frame is solid but lightweight, with three mounting brackets that allow for secure flush installation on a ceiling or wall.

Originally, this fixture had two conduit openings used for wiring on the ship — both have been sealed, making it suitable for indoor or outdoor installation.

Its compact size and rugged construction make it a good fit for hallways, utility rooms, covered porches, or kitchens.

Wiring

This Light has been re-wired with all new UL-listed parts, including a ceramic medium base socket and ground wire, rated for any voltage under 250 volts. We recommend using a standard base LED bulb / LED Edison bulb, which allows you to choose the bulb’s brightness to match your lighting area.

To access the bulb area, loosen the 2 screws along the cage and lift.
