Crafted from solid brass, the Vintage Nautical Brass Ceiling Light features a ribbed glass globe and an 10 1/2″ rain cap. With one or two conduits, as depicted in the photos, this versatile lighting solution emits a warm and inviting glow, suitable for both indoor and outdoor lighting.

Most likely this light once was mounted in the hallways of large ships that sailed around the world.  The paint has been soda-blasted off, old wiring removed and polished like new.  We rewire with a new UL listed bulb socked and wiring to make it ready to install when it arrives.  You can use the light with or without the brass rain cap that is with it.
