This Nautical Signal Flag Letter “Q” Quebec was removed from a vessel being cut up for scrap. This flag is exactly like it was when it was found, it has not been washed.

On the flag-pole side of the flag, there is a small rope loop, and on the opposite corner, there is a short section of rope.
