Vintage Maritime Light

This small vintage ribbed glass brass maritime light is very unique. The ribbed globe is a rare find! The globes are in great shape with only a few minor scratches. These lights are usually used as ceiling lights for different passageways throughout the ship.

This small light measures 7.5 inches tall. The diameter of the light is 5 inches. The base of the light has a 4.5 inch mounting bracket with two mounting holes. It will require a mounting space about 4 inches wide. These nautical ceiling lights weight around 3 pounds.

To access the bulb, twist the brass cage and lift the cage off. The light has been re-wired with all new UL-Listed parts that are rated for any voltage under 250 volts. We have also included a ground wire. The bulb holder takes a medium base bulb of 75 watts or less, or the newer compact fluorescent bulbs or LED lights with an Edison base.
