Description
This Vintage Ships Clock with Kompas Rijeka Dial comes from a working vessel – possibly a ship, boat, or submarine. It likely dates back to the period when Rijeka was still part of Yugoslavia. The clock face displays “KOMPAS” (Croatian for compass) and “RIJEKA,” a well-known port city on the Adriatic Sea.
At just about one pound, the clock is lightweight and easy to move or display. You’ll notice signs of wear on the surface, which give it a distinct, weathered look. These marks speak to its age and use at sea. The battery compartment remains intact; however, we haven’t tested it, so it’s being sold as-is.
Features:
- Genuine ship-used vintage clock with Kompas Rijeka faceplate
- Dates back to the Yugoslav era, before Croatia’s independence
- Lightweight at approx. 1 lb, easy to handle or hang
- Sold as-is, untested battery compartment included
Whether you’re a nautical collector or someone who appreciates vintage marine pieces, this clock adds historical value and character to any collection. You might also be interested in our selection of nautical ladders – all salvaged from working vessels.
