Description
This nautical wall clock with original wiring served on cargo ships and tankers during the 1970s to 1990s. Kappa built it as a slave clock, meaning it connected to a master clock system onboard. Instead of keeping time itself, it received timed electrical signals from a master clock to stay in sync with other clocks throughout the vessel.
The internal clock wiring remains intact, though the external section was cut at the back. We haven’t tested the working condition, so it’s best for display or restoration. If you’re experienced with vintage marine electronics, this piece offers an original setup worth exploring.
Features:
- Original Kappa slave clock used aboard cargo ships (1970s–1990s)
- The internal wiring is intact; the external section is cut at the back
- Steel body with light blue-grey finish and chrome-rimmed glass face
- White/light cream dial with bold black numerals and Black hands
Whether you’re restoring ship equipment or building a collection, nautical wall clocks add a unique, authentic touch.
