You are looking at a Salvaged Mechunical Group Telephone! It has many different knobs on it such as a call, 3rd, 2nd, chief, 1st engineers, and an electric one. There is also a plaque with the Letters CTK 12-3/A, 13167.  There are also three mounting holes on the back for easy hanging.

This piece would look great hanging in a bar/game room or any nautical-themed restaurant.
