You are looking at a Nautical Wood Block Pulley that is more on the heavy side. This pulley was salvaged from a once working vessel. This is a one rope pulley.

Examining the photos reveals substantial wear on the pulley. The wood exhibits cracks, and on one side, the stain is noticeably wearing away. Correspondingly, the iron in that area displays rust. Additionally, the pulley features a single rope hole on its top.
