Vintage Brass Cage Light with Cracked Glass Globe

This vintage brass cage light uses solid brass and works well in indoor and coastal environments. The four-bar cage protects the clear glass globe and keeps the fixture simple and functional.

The clear glass globe has a large, visible crack running through the center. This is a key condition detail and should be considered before purchase.

You can mount this light on a wall or ceiling. It works as an overhead fixture or as a wall light in hallways, entryways, or utility areas. This piece follows the same design as other four-bar cage lights but uses solid brass throughout. Wing nuts hold the fixture together and allow easy access. The light shows wear from salvaged use.

Wiring:

This light has been re-wired with all new UL-listed parts, including a medium base socket and ground wire, rated for any voltage under 250 volts. We recommend using a standard base LED bulb / LED Edison bulb, which allows you to choose the bulb’s brightness to match your lighting area.
