Description
This vintage aluminum bulkhead light features a solid copper bottom and a rugged aluminum housing. The metal shows natural wear from life at sea, including pitting and surface marks. As a result, the fixture has a strong industrial look. A four-bar cage protects the clear glass dome, which remains in excellent condition. Brass knurled knobs hold the cage firmly in place.
We rewired the fixture for modern use. It was originally built for ceiling mounting, but you can also install it on a wall. That flexibility makes it a good fit for entryways, porches, hallways, or workshops.
This fixture handled harsh marine conditions in its original setting. Now, it brings the same durability and real ship salvage style into your space.

Wiring:
This light has been re-wired with all new UL-listed parts, including a medium base socket and ground wire, rated for any voltage under 250 volts. We recommend using a standard base LED bulb / LED Edison bulb, which allows you to choose the bulb’s brightness to match your lighting area.
