Salvaged Brass Ceiling Light with Glass Globe and Cage

This salvaged brass ceiling light came from a working vessel, and we’ve cleaned, rewired, and prepared it for reuse. The body is made from solid brass with a naturally aged patina. The cage shows a slight bend from service use, adding to its character without affecting its function.

The clear glass globe remains in excellent condition with no cracks or chips. We sealed the single conduit with a brass plug and routed the new wiring through the bottom of the base. This setup makes ceiling installation simple, especially with the three sturdy mounting legs.

Because of its size and build, this light works well in hallways, small rooms, or even covered outdoor areas. It adds a maritime look while holding up to daily use.

Wiring:

This light has been fully rewired with new UL-listed components, including a medium base socket and ground wire rated for up to 250 volts. The wiring exits from the top for straightforward ceiling installation.
We recommend using a standard base LED or LED Edison bulb to achieve your desired brightness.

To access the socket, simply remove the threaded cage and globe from the base.
