Salvaged Brass Caged Ship Light with Clear Glass Globe

This brass caged ship light was salvaged from a working vessel and retains the wear expected from years of marine use. The solid brass housing and protective cage show patina, scratches, and finish variations. The clear glass globe remains in good condition, although minor marks or scratches may be present.

Two original conduit openings sit side-by-side on the housing, giving this fixture a distinctive shipboard appearance. We will close these openings with plugs before shipment and rewire the fixture for modern use.

You can install the light on a wall or ceiling, indoors or outdoors. Its compact size works well in bathrooms, hallways, kitchens, covered porches, and entryways. It also makes an interesting addition to restaurants, bars, marinas, and other commercial spaces.

Wiring

This item has been rewired with new UL-listed components, including a standard medium-base (E26) socket and ground wire. It is wired for standard 110–120V residential use, with components rated for up to 250V.

• Accepts any standard medium-base (E26) bulb, including LED and LED Edison-style bulbs.
• Remove the brass cage and glass globe to access the bulb.
• Wiring exits through the mounting base for hardwired installation.
