Oval Cast Brass Ceiling Or Wall Light – No Glass

This oval cast brass light mounts directly to the ceiling or wall, depending on your needs. We salvaged it from a ship and removed the glass to expose the raw, industrial brass cage. It looks especially sharp with an Edison-style bulb, which highlights the filament and adds warmth to the space.

Use it above a headboard, in a hallway, or near an entryway for simple, practical lighting with a nautical edge. We’ve cleaned and rewired the fixture, so it’s ready to install.

Wiring:

This light has been re-wired with all new UL-listed parts, including a medium base socket and ground wire, rated for any voltage under 250 volts. We recommend using a standard base LED bulb / LED Edison bulb, which allows you to choose the bulb’s brightness to match your lighting area.

To access the socket, unscrew 2 of the thumbscrews to open then lift out the glass.
