Mini Brass Ceiling Light – Vintage 5-Inch Nautical Fixture

This Miniature Vintage Caged Brass Nautical Ceiling Light once lit narrow ship corridors with its compact shape and durable build. Now, it’s a functional piece of maritime history for your home or business.

Ship crews painted over the brass body and cage to cut down on polishing. You’ll see remnants of that original red paint still visible on both pieces. The light has a solid brass body, a caged glass dome, and a simple design that stays true to its working ship origins.

We rewired this fixture to exit out the bottom for easier installation. The side conduit openings have been sealed to keep the profile clean. The original glass dome remains fully intact and free of cracks.

Mount it on ceilings or walls, indoors or outdoors. This rugged light works well in coastal homes, themed restaurants, or industrial spaces.

Wiring:

This light has been re-wired with all new UR-listed parts, including a Candelabra base socket and ground wire, that are rated for any voltage under 125 volts / 75 watts. We recommend using an E11 Candelabra base LED bulb / LED Edison bulb, which allows you to choose the bulb’s brightness to match your lighting area.

To access the bulb, just twist the brass cage off the base and lift it.
