Vintage Maritime Brass Post Light -Textured Glass Fixture

This vintage maritime brass post light once guided ships at sea. Built from solid brass, it now carries a naturally aged patina with surface marks that add to its history.

The textured glass lens formed during manufacturing, creating a unique diffused lighting effect. The top glass stands out with a different design, making it a distinct feature of the fixture. Despite its age, the top glass remains in excellent condition, allowing for clear illumination. We rewired this light for outdoor use, so it’s ready for installation on a post or bulkhead.

Wiring:

This light has been re-wired with all new UL-listed parts, including a medium base ceramic socket and ground wire, rated for any voltage under 250 volts. We recommend using a standard base LED bulb / LED Edison bulb, which allows you to choose the bulb’s brightness to match your lighting area.

To access the socket, loosen the bolts until they are removable (3 of them completely).
