Vintage 3-Bar Brass Post Light – Weather Tight

The Vintage 3-Bar Brass Post Light is a salvaged fixture built from solid cast brass, featuring a classic 3-bar cage design. Salvaged from working vessels, it shows real maritime wear, which adds to its character. Made from solid cast brass and weighing over 18 pounds, it’s a solid choice for both functional and decorative use.

You can mount the light with the glass facing up or down. It’s fully weather-tight, designed to handle direct water spray while keeping the bulb compartment dry. Ideal for docks, patios, seaside cottages, or any other spot needing a rugged nautical look.

The 3-bar cage and glass globe spin off together for easy bulb access—no tools required. The base has four pre-drilled holes for secure mounting.

Wiring:

This light has been rewired with all new UL-listed parts, including a medium base ceramic socket and ground wire, rated for any voltage under 250 volts. We recommend using a standard base LED bulb / LED Edison bulb, which allows you to choose the bulb’s brightness to match your lighting area.

There are two options for wiring: out of the bottom or out of the original conduit (shown in photos).
