Salvaged Brass Nautical Post Light – Indoor Use Only

This brass nautical post light is a salvaged piece with visible wear from its time at sea. It features a weathered, industrial look. We rewired the light with a cord, plug, and toggle switch for safe indoor use. Since the top lid doesn’t clasp securely on one side, it’s not suitable for outdoor placement.

The 360-degree Fresnel-style glass lens has some chips and surface scratches but still functions as intended. The power cord exits from one of the original conduit openings, keeping its shipboard character. The brass body has two-tone variation, including a reddish patina in spots, which adds to its rugged look.

You can display this brass nautical post light on a table, pedestal, or shelf. It works well in entryways, bars, or lofts — anywhere that could use a salvaged nautical touch. With a 5-inch base, you can mount it easily or leave it freestanding for a more flexible setup.

Wiring:

This light has been rewired with all new UL-listed parts, including a medium base ceramic socket and ground wire, rated for any voltage under 250 volts. We recommend using a standard base LED bulb / LED Edison bulb, which allows you to choose the bulb’s brightness to match your lighting area.
