The removable top section comprises the cage, glass globe, and a cast bronze collar positioned beneath the glass. This allows simple maintenance without disturbing the base mount.

Use & Placement

This Russell and Stoll Clear Ribbed Post Light was designed for dock and pier installations. Today, it works equally well at a driveway entrance, garden path, or waterfront property.

Its sealed construction allows confident outdoor use in harsh weather conditions. The weight and materials give it a stable, permanent presence when post-mounted.

Wiring & Electrical

This light has been rewired with all new UL-listed parts, including a medium base ceramic socket and ground wire, rated for any voltage under 250 volts. We recommend using a standard base LED bulb or LED Edison bulb, which allows you to choose the bulb’s brightness to match your lighting area. The wiring exits cleanly through the center of the base, allowing for straightforward post mounting.

To access the socket, spin the cage off the base.
