Brass Ship Light with Clear Lens – Salvaged PERKO Fixture

This salvaged brass ship light with clear lens features a slightly different design than typical marine Fresnel lights. While it still has the familiar ribbed glass sections, the center portion of the lens is smooth. This difference gives it a more focused light pattern, adding a distinct look and feel when lit.

Stamped with the PERKO name on the lid, this fixture comes from a working vessel and shows signs of its time at sea. The solid brass body has a slightly redder tone on the lid and shows natural patina throughout. The clear glass lens may have small chips or marks, common in salvaged pieces of this age, but remains structurally intact.

The lid opens easily with three brass thumbscrews, giving access to the pre-installed ceramic socket and wiring. It’s ready to install as-is, making it a practical choice for indoor or outdoor use — especially on a post or entryway.

Wiring:
