Pauluhn Red Brass Bulkhead Light with Plugged Conduits – Made in USA

This Pauluhn Red Brass Bulkhead Light was made in the USA by Pauluhn Electric Mfg. Co. in Pearland, Texas. Since 1928, Pauluhn has built rugged, weather-resistant lighting trusted in both marine and industrial settings. This salvaged fixture shows the same strength with its heavy-duty red brass body and authentic nautical style.

The light has a thick glass globe, and a strong brass cage protects it from damage. Pauluhn designed these fixtures to withstand the harsh demands of shipboard life. The top housing also contains two original side conduit openings. These are now permanently plugged, so the fixture keeps a clean look while still showing its original design.

Today, you can install this bulkhead light as a wall-mounted fixture in homes, offices, or outdoor spaces. Because of its durable build and maritime history, it adds both reliable function and nautical character.

Wiring:

This light has been rewired with new UL-listed parts, including a medium-base socket and ground wire, rated for up to 250 volts. We recommend using a standard or Edison-style LED bulb, allowing you to select the brightness that best suits your space.

The wiring currently exists through the back of the fixture. If preferred, we can rewire it for an alternate exit point, giving you flexibility for different installations.

To access the socket, simply twist off the cage.
