This Side Conduits Aluminum Pendant Light With Brass Down Rod shows our ability to recover, salvage, and rebuild vintage nautical lights. This pendant light started out with a ribbed aluminum ceiling light. We added a brass down rod to contrast the aluminum housing on the ceiling light.
This ceiling light is made of aluminum and brass. It features a stunning ribbed globe. The 2 conduits exit the light parallel on the sides. It measures 19.5 inches long and 5.5 inches wide. The light itself measures 7.75 inches long by 5.5 inches wide. The center hole on the top housing was threaded and a brass down rod was added. The mounting plate measures 5 inches in diameter with four mounting holes.
Ceiling Mount Diameter: 5″
Mounting Holes: 4
This light has been completely rewired with a UL-Listed socket. The bulb socket takes a medium base bulb of 100 watts or less. The wiring is rated for any voltage under 250 volts. We have also installed a copper ground wire.
To access the bulb, the ribbed globe threads off the aluminum base.
