The technique of the pen and ink drawing is vastly different from that of any work the artists does. The work done with a pen is consequently very unique. By nature it is a much harsher and a less flexible instrument than either the pencil or the brush, even though pens have come a long way. A pen drawing has a distinct individuality, no matter what kind of a technique is used, fundamentally because of the manner of getting the various tones and shadows, which is different from that in the other mediums generally used.

Boarfish, (family Caproidae), are any of six species of fishes (order Zeiformes) characterized by red coloration and a laterally compressed body that is as high as it is long. All six species live in deep marine waters, occurring in the Atlantic, Pacific, and Indian oceans. The two genera, Antigonia and Capros, are placed in different subfamilies. A typical species, A. capros, reaches a length of about 18 cm (7 inches).
Boarfishes typically have three anal spines that are completely separated from the soft rays of the anal fin. When viewed from the side, boarfishes appear almost rhomboid, or diamond-shaped, owing to the angular profiles of their backs.

Permit are usually found in shallow, tropical waters such as mudflats, channels, and muddy bottoms. They are usually seen as individuals or in small schools; if approached when alone, they attempt to escape human interaction, but if approached when in a school formation, they become aggressive and can deliver dangerous bites. Although permit are found close to shore and even in some brackish areas, they spawn offshore. Young are found usually in the surf zone where plenty of small invertebrates are available for them to eat.
Permit are found in the western Atlantic Ocean from Massachusetts to Brazil, including most of the Caribbean islands

Otherwise known as Mahi-mahi, the original name causes many to mistake them for the porpoise or dolphin – think “Flipper”. This is not so as Mahi-mahi is a fish, not a mammal as is the porpoise. Mexican and Latin American dolphin are called “Dorado”. Mahi-mahi often gather in large schools attracted to floating objects such as logs and buoys where they find smaller fish to feed on. They are surface feeders and are found throughout the Pacific and tropical waters world wide. Hawaiian Mahi-mahi is regarded as some of the highest quality in the world with fish over 15 pounds in size being preferred. Their flesh is white, firm, sweeter than Ono, and delicious when sautéed, baked, broiled, or fried.
