This is the M/V Lake BUHI Zamboanga Life Buoy. This lifebuoy was salvaged from a ship that was being torn apart for scraps. M/V Lake BUHI Zamboanga was a cargo ship that was located on Lake BUHI in the city of Zamboanga located in the Philippines.

M/V Lake Buhi Zamboanga can only be found on one side of the life buoy and the other side is blank. You will see a hole in one of the photos. The rope looks to be the original one.
