Half Red and Half White Mooring Buoy

You are looking at a Half Red and Half White Mooring Buoy made in the USA! This type of buoy is usually placed in marinas and other areas where boats/vessels are allowed to anchor.  These are the only type of buoys you can tie up to when mounted correctly. These are great for marking off swimming areas in bodies of water.
