You are looking at a GERAKI Monrovia Life Ring. This life ring was salvaged from a ship that was being torn apart for scraps.

All we know about this life ring is that GERAKI is in Greece and Monrovia is in Liberia.

This life ring, evident in the photos, exhibits signs of prolonged exposure to harsh weather. The reflector strips show wear, with some torn and others partially intact. The bottom section features deteriorated tape, and the original roping appears to be intact. Paint is chipping away, resulting in two distinct shades of orange. These weathered aspects contribute character and bring the life ring to life.
