The down rod and ceiling flange have been cast in solid brass to now make this a pendant light.

These nautical lights have been totally rewired with all UL-Listed wiring and a porcelain bulb holder. They can take a medium base bulb of 100 watts incandescent or higher if using LED. The new wiring includes a ground wire and exits the light from the center of the ceiling flange. The new wiring is rated to work with any voltage under 250 volts

Wiring

This light has been re-wired with all new UL-Listed parts, including a medium base socket and ground wire, that are rated for any voltage under 250 volts. We recommend using a standard base LED bulb / LED Edison bulb, which allows you to choose the bulb’s brightness to match your lighting area.

Some pieces in this light design have been recast to make the light complete. All recast pieces we made to finish this light are 100% solid brass.
