This John Bruce and Sons Binnacle with Lionel Compass is an interesting piece of nautical salvage on sale today. It appears that the compensating binnacles are missing, as well as the arms they would have rested on. You can see where they would been attached in one of the pictures. Other than that, the wood is still holding up well, the brass is in good condition and the glass doesn’t have any major scratches/fog issues. This binnacle has been wired for a wall outlet so that it may illuminate the compass contained within.
