This is a Vintage Single Stacked Fresnel Lens Running Light! Navigation running lights alert other vessels of your positioning. The red indicates the port side of a boat. The green light indicates the starboard side. The white is seen from all angles typically mounted on the stern. They are required when away from the dock between sunset and sunrise and during periods of restricted visibility. This particular navigation light is white running light.
This single stack running light is made of brass and copper that has a 360 degree view. In the photos, you will see just above the fresnel glass the word ANCHOR in one area and at the bottom of the glass is the word LAMPADS NO. 3009. You will also see that on the top of the lid it is damaged with a large indentation and a smaller one.
This vintage light is really a beautiful piece with all of its flaws! It would look great anywhere that you decide to place it!

The new socket is rated to work with any voltage under 250 volts. The bulb holder uses a medium base bulb of 100 watts. To access the interior, you can easily loosen the looped nuts and then lift.
