Description

This two-step nautical rope wood ladder is a salvaged section of real maritime equipment, repurposed for decorative use. Each step is part of a continuous section cut from a longer length of ladder. The wood shows signs of wear from time at sea, and the red-painted ends reflect its working boat history.

Thick rope runs through each side, while plastic spacers above and below each step help keep the piece steady when hung on a wall. As a result, the ladder lies flat and displays cleanly against vertical surfaces.

Perfect for Coastal and Nautical Décor

This ladder adds character to smaller wall spaces and works well in coastal, rustic, or nautical-themed rooms. For example, you might use it in a beach house entryway, a cabin hallway, or even a bathroom with vintage accents.

It’s left in as-is condition, showing the kind of wear you’d expect from time spent aboard a vessel. You can also use it to display small to midsize items like small plants, books, or framed photos.

Unique Ways to Use Your Rope Ladder

  • Wall-Mounted Decoration: Hang the rope ladder on a wall to create a nautical display. Use the rungs to hold framed photos, artwork, or hanging plants.
  • Decorative Element for Bunk Beds: Place it on a bunk bed frame to add a fun, nautical accent in a kid’s or guest room.
  • Rustic Shelf Display: Mount the ladder horizontally with brackets. Then use the steps to hold small books, plants, or barware.
  • Towel or Blanket Rack: Hang it in a bathroom or bedroom. It works well for holding towels, throws, or extra blankets.
  • Entryway Organizer: Install the ladder near the door. You can use it to hang coats, scarves, or hats while adding a nautical feel.

Reclaimed Materials with Maritime History

We salvage each rope ladder directly from real vessels. The wood shows natural wear, and the rope remains strong. These authentic signs of use give the ladder its own story and visual character. No two are exactly alike.
