The Nautical 4 Steps Jacob Ladder is a timeless piece of equipment that has been used on boats and ships for many years. Notably, it is constructed with four sturdy wooden steps and tightly woven rope sections, which provide a secure grip for the user. Furthermore, the ladder is named after the biblical story of Jacob’s ladder, which is said to have reached from Earth to Heaven.
One unique feature of this ladder is the double rope design on the top or bottom of one step. Additionally, each step has a hole cutout measuring 3 3/4″ by 1″, which can be seen in one of the ladder’s photos.
Due to their rustic charm and nautical heritage, these ladders are often repurposed and hung on walls to display spices, books, or other nautical items. In fact, they make for a great conversation piece and add a touch of nautical flair to any room.
