Large Vintage Great Lakes Cowl Vent

This is by far, our largest vintage cowl vent that we’ve ever had in stock. This would have been used to direct air throughout the ship (below deck) for ventilation purposes. Since this was used on a boat on the Great Lakes, it did not need to be brass. This item has not been restored. We have not made any repairs to this piece – it is being sold as found. There is a visible gap near the bottom of the cowl.
